I created a graphic for Mariano Rivera, a pitcher for the yankees who was the first player to be unanimously voted in to the hall of fame. I started off the project by cutting out a picture of Rivera doing his iconic jog from the bullpen onto the mound. Next, I added a picture of Yankee stadium as the background and changed it to black and white to fit with the color scheme better. Then, I decided that half of the graphic should be devoted to displaying his statistics over his career. I did this by splitting the graphic in half with a diagonal line, then adding a gradient and text to the right side where the stats are now. Finally, I added texture to the background on the right half of the graphic, and also added a small amount of effects to the text to enhance its look.
